The 2018 Benefit Concert features Andre Knevel, international ‘Master’ organist from St. Catharines, Ontario, and Liselotte Rokyta, professor and expert of the panflute from the Czech Republic.

Admission is free, but a special ministry offering will be received in support of the Global Christian Centre Ministries in support of Rev. David Pennoyer, missionary to Albania.

3rd Annual Ladies’ Night Out

This year’s guest speakers, Teni Araba and Brady Johnson, will share how they are actively pursuing their purpose in life.

Additionally, to promote community and connectivity, Dress for Success Regina, the Regina Transition House, and Souls Harbour Rescue Mission have been invited to participate. Attendees will have an opportunity to donate to these organizations in a variety of ways. Dress for Success Regina will accept gently used women’s clothing, the Regina Transition House will accept monetary donations towards the services they provide to women fleeing domestic abuse, and the Rescue Mission will accept non-perishable food items.

Teen Challenge 2018 Gala

Teen Challenge is a 12-month, faith-based, residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation program that is part of a network of over 15 Teen Challenge Centres across Canada and more than 1,000 worldwide. The program offers spiritual, academic and vocational training that helps equip individuals to return to society as responsible citizens.

Full time – January 1st, 2019 to May 31st, 2019

The Executive Assistant is responsible for general accounting and fundraising campaigns, as well as management and administration of the office and client files, receptionist for incoming calls, and reception of clients and visitors to the Center. The position includes peer counselling of clients with unplanned pregnancies.

The successful applicant will be trained for three months by the current assistant. Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft computer programs is an asset, as well as some experience in peer counselling. Driver’s license required.
