2017 Big Dream Banquet

city kidz logoCityKidz Regina  is a not-for-profit organization that exists to inspire big dreams in young people by providing inspirational experiences and nurturing personal relationships, one child at a time.

The “Big Dream Banquet” provides an opportunity to hear what CityKidz is doing within Regina while helping raise the funds needed to keep providing these services free of charge.

If you are interested in helping with this banquet, please contact Donna at 306-529-8656. They need volunteers to organize the silent auction, greet guests, usher guests to seats, assist with beverages, and take tickets.

Special guest speaker Dr. Derrick Mueller from The Gideons International in Canada will be teaching a brand new training program and tool called the GRID. You will learn how to take the fear out of evangelism and sharing your faith by looking at relationships around you and those in your spheres of influence. Come and discover ways to reach out, share Jesus, and participate in evangelism while engaging in a time of fellowship.

Workshops include: Understanding the Canadian Landscape, The GRID Model, Sharing My Faith Story, and Developing Spiritual Conversations.

Teen Challenge is a 12-month, faith-based, residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation program that is part of a network of over 15 Teen Challenge Centres across Canada and more than 1,000 worldwide. The program offers spiritual, academic and vocational training that helps equip individuals to return to society as responsible citizens.
